Payment Methods

Ordering Online

Choose to pay securely and privately with your PayPal account balance, or from your VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Discover card, using our PayPal shopping cart, which is on the right hand side of every page.

Using Our Shopping Cart

After adding your product(s) to the shopping cart click on the “Checkout” button. You will then be taken to a page where you have the choice of paying with your PayPal account or with your debit or credit card.

If you have a PayPal account you can pay with your account balance, or from the bank account or debit or credit card you have linked to your PayPal account. All you need to do is to sign into your PayPal account to complete your purchase.

If you do not have a PayPal account you can use PayPal as a guest and pay with your debit or credit card. Just click “Pay with a debit or credit card” at the bottom of the PayPal page mentioned above to enter your card information and mailing address. You do not need to sign up for an account with PayPal to do this.

Whichever way you choose your order will be paid to the PayPal account of, and will appear on your statement under the name of A Wheeler or Andrew Wheeler.

If you order online through this website with your debit or credit card your payment details are not made available to us, and, therefore, can only be used for the payment of your order.

Ordering by Phone

If you don’t like ordering online, or don’t like using PayPal, you can place your order over the phone and we can securely process your card manually without using PayPal. Just call us at: (303) 834-8499.

Our Guarantee

You have 30 days to try our products – you may return any product purchased from this website for a full refund up to 30 days from the date you receive it. Any returned products must be in their original packaging and condition. Our electromagnetic protection products can be easily removed and replaced back into their packaging (no bubble packs here!), and will actually work without having to be removed from the small plastic bags they come in.

Please return products to the address on our Contact page. If you are returning tabs or beads please send them in a padded envelope. If you are returning a larger or more delicate product, such as a pendant or an Energy Harmonizer, please use a box with plenty of padding for more protection.

Since we only check our mailbox once or twice a week we would appreciate it if you would call or email us to let us know you are making a return.

Shipping Policy

We use either USPS First Class or Priority Mail to ship orders. We will endeavor to ship within a couple of days of receipt, however, sometimes we have to order stock from the manufacturer which can take two to three business days, so please allow for up to ten business days for delivery to U.S. destinations, and up to twenty-one business days to destinations outside of the U.S. Once we ship your order it should take between two to four business days to reach U.S. destinations, including Hawaii, and between six to ten business days for destinations outside the U.S.

Please allow extra time for bank holidays and other holiday periods where there may be a heavier volume of mail than usual.

If you order from this website you will be advised by an automated email via PayPal, or directly from ourselves, if your order is taken over the phone, and you provide us with your email address, when your order is shipped. This email will contain tracking information, so you will know when to expect delivery. If we feel we are unable to get your order to you within the times mentioned above, we will contact you to let you know.

What will my order cost to ship?

For destinations within the United States and its territories, we charge just $7.00 per order, irrespective of the size or value of your order, or whether we need add insurance. This includes Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.

Overseas Orders

For destinations outside of the United States and its territories, we charge just $25.00 per order for Canada, and $38.00 for the rest of the world, irrespective of the size or value of the order. A shipping surcharge is added to the Clear Field Plate when shipped overseas to cover extra cost in shipping this item.

If you are ordering from outside of the United States you will be responsible for the payment of any customs and/or taxes that may be charged on the value of your order when it enters your country. We have no control over this.

For most overseas destinations we are unable to obtain insurance for the contents of an order, and we are not always able to track it once it leaves the United States. Therefore, unless insurance and/or tracking is available all the way to the destination, we cannot be responsible for an order once it leaves the United States.

Although we have a great deal of information on this website, we understand that choosing the right electromagnetic protection products for yourself, your home and family, and / or for your workplace, can sometimes be a daunting task, particularly if you are on a budget, have an unusual situation regarding your electromagnetic exposure, or you’re one of the many people nowadays experiencing discomfort when in the presence of electromagnetic fields and/or Wi-Fi. If you are not sure which products you need, please either send us an email containing as much information about your situation as you can (including digital photos if you are able) or give us a call, and we will seek to assist you over the phone. We have learned from our inventor/manufacturers that sometimes with these products, “less is more;” we are generally conservative in what we initially advise our customers, with a few targeted products that most people need (such as Star 3-Hole Resonators for your Wi-Fi router, computer, tablet and cordless phone base station, a Regular 3-Hole Resonator for your water heater, a Regular Tri-Pak Resonator for your household wiring, and personal protection with a Personal Protective Bead or Crystal Catalyst® Frequency Harmonizer Pendant, plus Cellular Phone Tabs for your cell and cordless phones), and then suggest adding to these if needed.

Everyone’s situation is different, and each individual will vary from the next in regards to electro-hypersensitivity. Consequently, everyone’s needs will differ (and sometimes dramatically so), from person to person. We seek to assist our customers by providing information and advice to make informed and customized decisions for your unique set of circumstances. We will tell you if we think you are purchasing more products than are really required, based on the information you give us about yourself and your situation.

Our Office Hours

Our office hours are generally Monday through Friday, 10:00am through 5:00pm, and from 10:00am through 4:30pm on Saturdays. We are located in the United States Mountain Time Zone (GMT minus 7 hours). For example; if you live in Greenwich, London, you will be 7 hours ahead of us, so please bear this in mind when calling us.

You may call at any time, including Sundays, although we are more likely available to answer the phone during our above mentioned business hours. If we do not, please leave a message, and your call will be returned as quickly as we are able.
